Our manufacturing process
We utilize the latest 3D design tools for the detailed design of all the equipment manufactured in our workshop. By fully integrating the design and construction processes, we minimize potential manufacturing errors and enhance the quality and efficiency of our equipment. One of our key objectives is to ensure structural rigidity without adding unnecessary elements to the assembly, achieved through:

Each component of our dissolved air flotation systems is tagged with a unique code to monitor the status of each part and simplify subsequent assembly. For metallic parts like the chassis, structure, and reinforcements, this code is laser engraved, ensuring error-free assembly. Finally, before delivering the equipment to our customers, we conduct thorough quality tests to ensure the machine is in perfect condition and ready for operation.
